  • Pre-action Judicial Review: for failure to secure provsion in the plan and sutiable alternative full time provision and delays in the statutory framework.
  • I offer workshop training in specific areas including getting an EHCP, children missing education, preventing exclusions, alternative provision, personal budgets and asserting your child’s rights.
