I have had to reduce/give up my work to care for my child. The Local Authority has refused or delayed assessment. I am struggling with keeping on top of Directions from the Tribunal. I don’t understand how I can get social care. The LA case worker has changed again and has not responded.
The school are not providing all the provision and my child has been sent home or excluded. I want to challenge the exclusion which does not seem fair but I cannot get through to Advice helplines and I feel overwhelmed with all the law and guidance out there.
I have other children to care for and it takes so much time to prepare. I’m worried I will miss something important.
I need to get my child back into school before they refuse to go completely. I am worried about the longer term for my child.
I want to use other types of education, my child does not fit with the school. I don’t know where to start. I wish I had more confidence to deal with getting what is right for my child. I have my own health needs and am anxious about our future…
